Andrea's journey in the body shop industry is truly inspiring. Starting with an associate degree in collision repair, she overcame personal struggles, rebuilding her life with determination and resilience. She worked her way up from the paint shop, spending 12 years perfecting her craft before transitioning to estimating with the help of ProColor owner Tony Buryakov, who gave her a chance in the office.
