My very first Win!!! Man what an awesome feeling! After having my heart broken so many times this year by getting down to single digit cars in big money races just to come up short by all of the 1 thou reds and 1 thou breakouts, it was only fitting that my first win came at my home track, Farmington Dragway while supporting “The Race Against Cancer” annual race. Big congratulations to the runner up David Wiseman as he was driving great all day!
This is so special to me because I was the little kid leaning up against the fence at Wilkesboro Dragway watching our family friend Dean Goodin race, dreaming of racing myself one day but never thinking it would ever be possible. Fast forward to today, by the grace of God I have been blessed to be apart of such an amazing sport and surrounded by incredible people that have coached and encouraged me every single race to help me be the best I can be. This most certainly would not be possible with out them. My wife Becca West Mitchell for always telling me my time was coming and that I was more than capable even when I didn’t always believe it myself. My parents Jody Mitchell (my crew chief)and Cathy Miller Mitchell for always supporting and believing in me. My race camp Tony Moose Joe Julsrud, Todd Zorn, Michael Paschal Tanner Miller, Billy Varner, Isaac Bridges, Adam Keir, Nick Smith for literally teaching me everything I know about how to drive a race car. I appreciate you guys more than you will ever know. Huge thank you to HGRE Race Engines & Tuning for always keeping my engine and car capable of winning and selflessly making sure I have everything I need to be successful. Last but certainly not least, my Chem Source Racing Methanol family! I appreciate all the kind words of encouragement at the track, texts, calls, and messages you guys send me. You mean more to me than you know, it’s more than a business, it’s a family and I am so grateful for ya’ll! Feels so Awesome to Win With Better Chemistry!

Special thank you to all of the great businesses that are involved in our program.

We are honored to participate in the Race Against Cancer at Farmington Dragway today. After taking a month off from racing it feels incredible to get back to turning on some win lights in the green bean. Big thank you to HGRE Race Engines & Tuning for working out a few mechanical bugs while I was not racing to get it back to printing tickets. Good luck to everyone this weekend! Win With Better Chemistry!

One of the things we love to celebrate publicly is our Chem Source Racing Methanol family Winning! What makes it even more special is when a family within our racing family Wins together on the same day! Winning alone is extremely difficult, but when you conquer 2 classes from the same trailer it sure is something very cool! We are so proud of Richard Tilghman and Alyssa Tilghman for doing just that! Richard Won Top and Alyssa Won Juniors together at VMP last month and we couldn’t be more happy for them! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of such a special night! Win With Better Chemistry!

History has been made!

Jason Harris completes the Drive for Five here in 2026 after Johnny Camp fell in defeat in the opening round of eliminations in WS Construction Pro Boost, presented by: P2 Contracting and Ty-Drive. Harris will claim his third championship in category and his fifth overall in the Red Line Synthetic Oil PDRA Drag Racing Series, the first driver in the history of the series to accomplish the feat.

Our Chem Source Racing Methanol family has made some major money Winning Big Races this past weekend, but no one stacked cash the way Adam Keir did at Race TB Promotions in KY. Adam bet on himself, entered the high stakes $100k shootout, and then walked through the field like a knife through hot butter! What an amazing achievement it is to Win $100,000.00 doing the thing we love to do the most! We are so ecstatic for Adam! Adam we are very proud of you and thank you for trusting Chem Source Racing Methanol when the big racks are on the line! Keep Winning With Better Chemistry!

When this guy gets on a roll, the rest of the field is in trouble! So impressed with Gage Burch for his amazing run this weekend! Gage Won the $20k race Friday at the World Footbrake Challenge and then followed that performance up with an additional combined $40k Saturday/Sunday Win! Gage you are a Bad Dude stacking checks! Thank you for making us your fuel of choice! We are grateful to be a small part of your incredible racing program! Excited to watch you continue to Win With Better Chemistry!

I am so excited for my guy Isaac Bridges for his $50k Win at the Race TB Promotions Sunday Event! Isaac is a humble killer! He Won a $10k just a few short weeks ago, made the ladder in all of TB Races he has attended so far this year, and then cracks them for $50K! Isaac we are so proud to have you as a part of our Chem Source Racing Family! We are digging the hat! Congratulations Brother! So happy for you!

To be clear, we take no credit in Isaac’s Win, his dragster is a Gas car and his door car runs our Methanol. Just stoked for a friend and happy to give him his shine. Join me in congratulating this impressive young man. Win With Better Chemistry!
