After 9 months of permitting delays, weather and a broken down delivery truck.....The shop building has been completed! It took 3 days in the Florida heat.

Next steps, insulation, power and building an office loft.

I already have a client in line for a resealing project once I add more dirt for a driveway.

PSA! Propane is NOT a DIY situation.

In Florida, there’s a reason technicians have to be licensed. It’s about safety—yours, your family’s, and your property.

A FL State Propane Licensed Technician knows how to:
✔️ Properly test for leaks
✔️ Set correct pressure
✔️ Follow safety codes
✔️ Prevent fire and carbon monoxide risks

Hiring someone unlicensed might save a few bucks… until it costs you everything.

Before any propane work gets done, ask one simple question:
👉 “Are you licensed in Florida?”

No license = no work. Period.

Here is and odd failure from a few months ago on a new 5th wheel. The Leg Pin failed causing 1 of the legs to collape. With the new part in hand, my clients are back to level and very happy!

Emmanuel Project is a Mobile Medical Clinic that operates out of an RV and helps those in need in NE Florida.

Squirrels or rodents decided to nibble on this LP manifold. No too hard aside from an impossible access to the furnace LP line, in the corner, behind the water heater.

With permission, I cut a small access hole.

Discovered the furnace has an on off switch, that is now, only accessible from this new hole LOL.
