Bad Apple SS Camaro

The Page is about my 2011 Camaro SS. It was fitted with twin turbo's and has traveled the country. Photo's and video from shows and trips. Check it out!

First off we started to build the car to look like a stock camaro. It has done well fooling people for the last couple of years, so now we plan to build the car into more of a race type vehicle. Hopefully either late this year or in 2016 we can race an Optima Ultimate Street Car Challange, and maybe qualify for the invitational. Also, we hope to make some larger events like camaro fest and ls fest.

Went to River Street Pier tonight for supper. What a great place! Getting to be my favorite time of the year soon. Cooler weather, bonfires and no bugs!

I have recert for the RR tomorrow and Thursday. So I was off today. I took that time to get a lot done at the store since I was out of town last weekend. I wanted be home over 3 hours before I got home, but you sometimes have to make the sacrifice, so you can grow in the future! Plus, it's always a good day when the car comes to work!

Took the car to "work" today. I am on days off from the railroad, but I recently bought a model train store. June 30th I became the new owner of EngineHouse Services, LLC in Green Bay. So if you know anyone with model trains, stop and say "hi" someday!

I was at hobby lobby yesterday and this immediately caught my eye and I justhad to pick it up! It's of my favorite cars from the Ultimate Street Car Association. I remember seeing photos on the DuSold Designs site as this car was being built. I know a few years ago they did some detroit speed cars. I wish I had found all those. I think they need to do a whole Optima series of cars! I really wish someone did one of the Bad Apple SS.

Worked on removing some decals today from the road rallys I participated in, in the past. Hopefully I can get everything I want removed soon. Clean up the paint a bit on the car. At some point my hope is to get some decals and redo the car for the 2017 10th anniversary optima invitational. It meant a lot for me to make the big show that year. Then slowly go through the car to get it back into track day shape and have some fun in the next couple years.

It's been aong time since I've had a place that I was able to get my car in the air somewhat easily. I just wanted to give a big thanks to my friend Michael Klug for letting me use the drive on and shop. It was great to change the oil, meet some new people, see his new shop, and introduce some new people to the Bad Apple SS. If you need something worked on, don't hesitate to call and/or stop on in! It's a great family run and locally owned business. I had a blast just hanging out because it's been a couple years since I've seen him or my cousin who also works there. Thank you for allowing me to change the oil and give the car a once over so it should be set for crusing around this summer. This is one sweet setup he has here!

Long time no post, been a busy yet uneventful summer for the car for the most part. Today we were able to go on a small cruise with Wisconsin Camaro and it was a fun time. Definitely a beautiful day for a car cruise.
