We rented for years before taking the plunge and purchasing our own trailer, so we've refined what we think makes the best rental experience. We bought this RV to share our passion for exploring the great outdoors and making lasting memories. Enjoy our 2018 Heartland 23 RBS travel trailer that most SUV's and full size pick up trucks can tow, great for any new or experienced camper(s). This RV is

geared towards couples but can sleep 4 people comfortably, (queen bed & dinette that can be converted to a bed if needed) heating and air to keep you comfortable in any condition, an upgraded queen mattress, electric awning with an LED strip lighting, nice size refrigerator/freezer that can run off of propane or electric, a three burner gas range, microwave, sink, and a large private bathroom which includes a full shower. SKIP THE HASSLE; WE HAVE WHAT YOU NEED
Fully stocked with freshly-washed upscale bedding (or bring your own), extra blankets, kitchen utensils, dishes, K-cup & percolator coffee maker, dish towels, cookware & outdoor chairs. Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between renters, of course! ROOM FOR YOUR STUFF
We've done all we can to maximize storage space. The pantry will always be empty for your food. There's additional storage under the large bed, the dinette benches, in the bathroom and under the trailer nose (outside access) for everything you need to bring. This RV features TWO slide-outs, the roomiest of its size!! You and your guests will have plenty of room to play, hang out, prepare food and sleep.
** Well behaved Dogs are welcome in our RV** Please be courteous, no muddy paws on the bed : )

**PARTY OUTSIDE
Our trailer comes with an outdoor rug and a large electronic awning with LED strip lighting so you can enjoy time outside even at night, outdoor speakers and comfy RV chairs to sit around a cozy fire. FLEXIBLE RENTAL SCHEDULE
We're flexible & will work with you to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off time that work for your schedule. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. We'll walk you through every aspect of the trailer to ensure you are comfortable with operating and using the trailer so you can leave stress-free and excited. We leave a binder with all of the trailer operation instructions with each renter in case you need any questions answered during your trip. You can always contact us during your rental if you have additional questions or need help.

**DELIVERY OPTIONS
Don't want to deal with dragging the trailer with you? We have delivery options available for the ultimate stress-free option. We'll drop the trailer, set it up and leave it ready to go. The "extras" available to rent:

Bike Rack (holds 2 bikes) ($20)

I know we are still enjoying the beautiful Summer weather but it is time to start thinking about booking a fall camping trip. We still have a few dates available! 🍁

There are a few parks and preserves throughout the state that can only be described as otherworldly when the leaves begin to change.

Fall is one of the best times to camp in upstate NY. We still have a few dates open in Sept and October!
