if your mechanic says they are drilling manifold bolts or they have to pull the head find a different mechanic. This is a 6.8 v10 Ford had to weld a nut to 8 bolts on the driver's side.

custom dip stick for this hemi! I made a die out of a 3/8 bolt to fit my flaring tool. dip stick is a newer magnum 360 dipstick cut down.

f350 exhaust bolt extraction fun fun. i've got two out that were below flush welding to them . start with welding a ball on the hole on top of the bolt then weld a washer then a nut.

This ford fuel line was hanging on for its life with zip ties in the first picture!! The second picture is how you are supposed to repair!
