Not bad for a polished up original rear window !
Repainted the jack bolt tubes and added new decals.
I'll glue it and the crush panels in tomorrow.
Time for a shower and catch the end of the 600 on Prime!

Went out to the shop to get away from all the reminders, speculation and everything else in the media.
Kind of hard, I sat for almost an hour and just stared.
Hard to get anything done with these sitting feer away.
The reality is, the show and life must go on.
The race will go on, no matter who's there and so will the work needed to make it happen.
After thinking that, I got to work on a simple job.
Fixing the hack job someone did on this firewall.
Granted this chassis was going to scrap and had already been neglected, I couldn't leave it like this.
I bent up a nice .090 plate to mount the lower column support bearing to and punched an 1-1/4" hole in it to recess the bearing.
Drilled it and the firewall to mount it up and covered the inside with foiled heat insulation.
I think it came out okay and definitely better than what was there.
