Import Crate is opening a limited number of car sponsorship opportunities during San Japan 2026.

Visit Import Crate at Booth 218 and show the team a photo of your car. If your vehicle fits current sponsorship opportunities, you can receive pre-approval on the spot.

After pre-approval, complete your vehicle registration through the CrateOnScene event listing.

We often get asked whether a specific product, design or size will be available at our booth—especially by customers who aren’t attending until later in the weekend.

Since we can’t bring every item and size from our website to each show, San Japan Event Pickup is now available.

Here’s how it works:

Shop at ImportCrate.com and select Pickup at checkout. Choose Import Crate Event Pickup – San Japan 2026, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Order by September 1, then pick it up at Booth 218 during San Japan, September 3–6. Event pickup is free.

Customized and made-to-order products, including Legend Made, are not eligible for event pickup. Convention admission is required to enter the exhibit hall.

A look at Anime NYC before the doors opened.

Driving into exhibitor load-in, getting checked in, unloading the van, and walking into our empty booth for the first time.

Most people only see the finished booth once the convention opens. This is what it looked like getting Import Crate into the Javits Center before the weekend started.

We’re returning to San Japan.

Find Import Crate September 4–6 inside the Vendor Hall at Booth 218. We’ll have our new Import Crate-branded booth setup, so look for the new backdrop.

We’re bringing JDM T-shirts, automotive artwork, Japanese car scents, Treefrog products, hats, and accessories.

SAN JAPAN PROMOTIONS:
• Free mini poster with any T-shirt purchase
• Free Treefrog stickers at the booth
• Free Treefrog lanyard with purchases of $100 or more

All promotional items are available while supplies last.

Want to reserve something before the show? Order online and pick it up directly from Booth 218. T-shirt orders for San Japan pickup must be placed by September 1.
