Due to the unbelievably high number of No Call No shows and Last Second Cancellations. Starting June 1st. There will be a MANDATORY NON REFUNDABLE deposit for all appointments.
I did not want to go this route. But my time is valuable. When you do NOT show up to an appointment you are taking a time slot that could have been allotted to another customer. It is not fair to them or me.
Working out the details of deposits to make it fair. And the deposit will go towards your total at the time of the installation.
For reference. Since January 1st of 2026 we have had 48 no call no show appointments. That’s more than we have had in any entire YEAR previously.
These deposits are just to ensure you are as serious as we are. If you are still pricing around DO NOT book an appointment.
While we completely understand life happens, things get in the way and stuff comes up. It’s completely understandable and viable. The sear amount of people who just don’t show up. Or show up 30 minutes-hour late for their appointments is astounding.
Going Forward. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you forfeit your time slot and will need to reschedule.
