Our mobile rig is down for repairs, so we are only taking appointments at the shop.

While we perform repairs on our 230,000+ mile engine, we are delighted to see the results of proper maintenance with quality fluids.

Aside from a new valve cover gasket, an oil pan reseal, and a new oil pump pick up tube, this engine will be going back in!

The inside of this engine looks fantastic at over 230,000 miles. Full synthetic oil with oil changes done every 7-8,000 miles.

Do you hear a weird noise while driving down the road? It could be your wheel bearings telling you they're on their way out.

Wheel bearings are considered a safety item on your vehicle and without them, you won't be getting too far.

Getting your car scanned at Autozone, Advance Auto, O'Reilly's or any other big box auto parts store is NOT a diagnosis. I repeat this is NOT a diagnosis.

I use the big box auto parts store and I like them for what they are. Parts suppliers. That's it.

The common misconception by the majority of people is that they can take their car to any of these auto parts stores and get their car diagnosed. You cannot, and definitely not accurately. These places are in business to sell you parts and their free vehicle scan is nothing more than a tool used to help sell you parts, but in no way intended to be a proper diagnosis.

A proper diagnosis would mean identifying the problem, accurately. Performing required testing of the system or component in question to accurately determine a solution to rectify the issue your vehicle is experiencing.

This process in no way takes place when you visit one of these auto part stores to have your vehicle scanned. Not to mention the majority of the time the vehicle fault codes that they provide you with are generic fault codes, since their scanners won't have the ability to pull manufacturer specific fault codes.

Don't get bamboozled into buying parts for your vehicle only to find out that it won't fix your problem.

Get a proper diagnosis by a knowledgeable technician/mechanic that can accurately diagnose and perform the needed tests to pinpoint the problem.

Save yourself time, money and frustration by taking your vehicle to get a proper diagnosis the first time.

This Honda CR-V had a strange noise coming from the front of the vehicle that had the owner concerned. No worries! We diagnosed the issue and it turns out the front wheel bearings were faulty.

Not many shops let alone mobile mechanics, will touch press-in wheel bearings. We have no problem taking care of it! Knowledge and expertise goes a long way in diagnosing and fixing the problem correctly.
