The first 50 adults that enter the front gate and first 50 adults that enter the back gate will get another free ticket/pit pass that can be used for Friday, August 22nd!

This past weekend we celebrated our 2023 race season and with that the end to the Mississippi Thunder Wings and Karts Summer Series at Mississippi Thunder speedways Lightening Speedway.

I would like to thanks Bob and Tyrone for giving us a place to race for the last 4 seasons! They have been great to work with and helped to make our events successful.

I would also like to thanks everyone that came out to race and those who worked with us to make our 4 seasons a fun place to race. Without the racers and our great help non of this would have been possible!

We look forward to Cannon River Raceway and the memories we will make together starting this spring!

Thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate with us on Saturday it was a great time and fun to catch up with everyone! If you haven’t followed the Cannon River Raceway page please do so to keep up with all the progress being made.

Are you ready for a "Kickass" Season Opener? On Friday, April 19th the Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprints will invade Fountain City, WI for the 410 Spring Sizzler presented by Kickass Beef Jerky! USRA - United States Racing Association Modifieds, USRA B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks will round out the event card.

The Bumper to Bumper IRA 410 Outlaw Sprint Series made their inaugural trip to MTS back on July 13th of 2012. Bill Balog came home victor and set what is still the overall track record of 12.344 seconds. With a different configuration to the speedway since their 2012 visit, Promoter Tyrone Lingenfelter said "The track record is almost guaranteed to be shattered on Friday, April 19th." He went on to say, "I'm willing to bet the house that lap times will be in the eleven second bracket during qualifying. It could even be in the ten second bracket depending on track conditions."

You will not want to miss the kickoff to the 16th season of action at Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City, WI on Friday, April 19th!
