After a few tough and unexpected years in St. Augustine, I’m excited to say: I’m home. And more importantly, so is my business.
As many of you know, I’ve been running my Turo fleet since 2019—but the luxury rental market in northeast Florida simply couldn’t support it. Now that I’ve relocated back to Ft. Myers, I’m reviving and expanding my Turo operation—and I’m inviting a select group of investors to partner with me.
🚘 A Proven Business Model, Ready to Scale
I'm offering an opportunity for investors with idle capital who want a safer, asset-backed alternative to the stock market—just in time for season.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Option 1: You Fund the Car, I Handle the Business
I source the car via my dealership license (auction access = best pricing)
The vehicle is titled in your name—you own the asset
You pick up off-trip insurance (I have a dedicated Turo-compliant provider called TINT)
When booked, the vehicle is covered by Turo's commercial insurance
I list it under my Power Host account (less than 1% of Turo hosts qualify—more on that below)
I handle day-to-day operations: listings, pricing, guest communication, deliveries, detailing, etc.
You pay the monthly payment; I keep delivery fees (used for Uber rides to and from drop-offs)
At month-end, you get a detailed breakdown of gross earnings, expenses, and net profits
You receive 60% of the net profit; I retain 40% for management
When you're ready to exit, I retail the car—you keep 100% of the sale profit

If you’ve got a vehicle just sitting—maybe you’re seasonal or not using it much—let’s put it to work.
I’ll store, maintain, and manage it under the same profit-share model as above.

📌 A Quick Word on Investor Access & Usage
Want to drive your own vehicle now and then? That’s fine—just follow these rules:
No trips can be canceled (Turo penalizes us and pushes listings down in search)
I require 1 week’s notice
The car must be returned detailed, with the same fuel level, by your deadline
While you're using it, it will be marked unavailable—and unavailable means unprofitable
The most successful vehicles are always listed and always available.
