Each year, over 1000 people from over 75 gyms come together to workout and raise money for local kids

On Saturday, October 7, the 13th Annual Beers and Burpees Charity Event will be held in Charlotte/Indian Land at CrossFit Indian Land. This year, over 50 local gyms are partnering together to host the event where over 1,600 people will come together to workout, drink beer and raise money for the Changing Lives Together Foundation. This is an all-day event with heats starting every 40 minutes throu

ghout the day and evening. In addition to the heats, there will be beer vendors, food trucks, a kids' "Brownies and Burpees" division, other kids activities, music and much more throughout the entire day.

🙏Thank you to and everyone from their gym that participated in our event and supported the !

🙏Not only did this gym bring 30 people to our 5pm Throwdown Heat sponsored by BUT their gym also raised an additional $1,500 for our non profit !!

💪Leading up to the event, co-owners Tolga and Erika raised $1,500 from their gym by doing extra burpees. That’s right. More burpees. All to raise money for and support the kids we serve!!

🙏Amazing!! Thank you and for creating an awesome gym community, giving back to your community and for changing lives!
