I have absolutely no idea what these are - the drawings simply said “tube 1” and “tube 2”. They are big - the longer one starts at 8 feet long and they are 4” diameter tube... @ Flowery Branch, Georgia

2 mandrel bends, 2 9/32” thru holes, and 2 1/2” holes X 200 parts... I’ve been making these regularly since starting the shop in 2006. They are handles for a tool used to move computer / server room floor tiles. @ Flowery Branch, Georgia

First complete mandrel from scratch in Delrin. The cnc lathe is proving to be very handy. This project is to bend 3.5” od x .035 wall 6061-0 aluminum tubing on a 7” clr. I ran out of sample tube just as I got things close to dialed in - I’m still going to have to machine a Delrin wiper. This is some thin tubing! @ Flowery Branch, Georgia
