🚨 NOW HIRING — EXPERIENCED ROLLBACK OPERATOR 🚨

Cincy Xtreme Towing is looking for a reliable, experienced tow truck driver to join our team for hauling and general towing operations.

This is a full-time position with mostly 1st shift hours and an on-call rotation to be discussed. Pay and schedule will be negotiated.

🚛 IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We’re looking for someone who can confidently and safely operate a rollback, including hauling two vehicles, and who has experience with:

•Salvage vehicle towing
• Roadside assistance
• Private property impounds
• Police rotation
• Vehicle recovery
• Jump starts & lockouts
• Safely loading, securing, and transporting vehicles

⚠️ THIS JOB IS NOT 9–5.

Towing requires flexibility. You must be willing to work long days, weekends, on-call shifts, and occasional overnight/emergency calls. Being dependable when the phone rings is a major part of this position.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Clean MVR
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOT physical
• Previous towing experience required
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work independently and safely
• Professional attitude
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

💰 PAY & BENEFITS:

• Flat base pay, plus commission
• PTO accrual
• Full-time opportunity
• Opportunity for additional hours through on-call work

As more information becomes available regarding this morning’s tragic incident on I-275, our hearts go out to everyone affected.

While the circumstances are different than initially reported, the outcome is no less devastating. We extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, witnesses, first responders, and all those impacted by this loss.

Incidents like this serve as a reminder that the roadside is an incredibly dangerous place for everyone—motorists, stranded drivers, tow operators, law enforcement, EMS, and highway workers alike.

At Cincy Xtreme Towing & Recovery, we remain committed to promoting roadway safety and encouraging drivers to slow down, stay alert, and move over whenever approaching emergency vehicles, tow trucks, or roadside incidents.

This morning, a fellow tow truck operator was struck while working on I-275.

No matter what company name is on the side of the truck, we’re all part of the same towing family. Today, our thoughts and prayers are with the driver, their family, coworkers, and everyone affected by this tragic incident.

This is a heartbreaking reminder of why Kentucky’s Move Over Law exists. Tow operators, first responders, law enforcement, and road crews put themselves in danger every day to help others. A few seconds of attention and moving over one lane can save a life.

Cincy Xtreme Towing & Recovery is accepting donations to take to Mayfield, KY and surrounding devastated area.

We will accept:

Water, nonperishable foods, blankets, baby and toddler supplies, personal cleaning wipes, toiletries, underclothes, disinfectant wipes, batteries and flashlights.

We will NOT accept:

Used items. No furniture. No used clothing.

We will have multiple flat bed trucks delivering supplies as they become filled.

We will accept in person, as well as arrange to pick up in some local areas.
