The auction is over — thank you to everyone who was interested!

We tried to win this 1991 Audi 200 20V Turbo Quattro. Our limit was $12,500, which with auction fees and taxes would already put us closer to $14,000, but this time it didn’t work out.

On top of that, we would still have to account for inland transportation in the U.S., ocean shipping to Europe, taxes, and other expenses. The car also carried some risk, since it was listed with a non-running engine.

So this time we didn’t let emotions take over and stayed within our limit. There will be more interesting cars!

This one has only minor cosmetic damage, runs and drives, and we won it at auction for just $5,400 USD after all auction fees! 💪
