After graduating from NDSU in 2016 with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Erica Ashbaugh was interested in getting started with a career. Erica’s dream is to positively transform communities. Together with her parents, Rich & Jackie Miron, also graduates of NDSU, they established Bird’s Eye Property Solutions, LLC and became business partners along with Erica’s sister Emily Miron and Erica’s husband Brandon Ashbaugh. Emily, also a graduate of NDSU (it must be a family thing), joined the founding team shortly after its inception. Erica’s dream is becoming a reality one project at a time.
