How do we find hardwood on our mountain property. It is mostly Ponderosa pine… But we have some Aspen! It's not oak, Hickory or maple… It will definitely help when we burn them together.

How do I cook chicken in a cob/earth oven? One of our chickens we processed this year came out looking fantastic. We did a duck yesterday and it was awesome. I altered my earth oven just a little bit with fantastic results best cooking I've ever had in any of my ovens. I don't know if anybody else does it but I think I may have stumbled onto something.

How to talk, reason and debate the politics, religion and health of homesteading..... less than five minute blurb touching the tip of the iceberg about the reasons people move Off Grid or Homestead and do these subjects have a place in homesteading/prepping/Off Grid survival.
