8 am, start call for auto’s and moto’s
10 am, presentation of colors
8-12 open viewing of entries
and placement
12 pm call for entries for bikes and cars
2 pm start entry judging for cars and bikes
5 pm judging closed
6 pm judging for the overall winner of the Engines
7 pm, retiring of colors
SPOONS
8 am set up for the chili contest

2 pm chili cook off taste testing begins
5 pm chili cook off taste testing ended

AWARDS AND BAND!

A donation of 20 dollars for motorcycles and 20 for cars will be accepted for all entries into the competition. You may enter more than one vehicle or chili batch per person. For each additional entry there will be an added donation of $10 more for the vehicles, and $5 more for the Chili. Concessions and a cash bar will be available through the day. A live band with an opportunity for dancing will be playing at the end of the day.
**If through the day you feel like donating more to our cause please feel free to do so. There will be crew through the day, easily identifiable by their staff shirts, accepting donations. ENGINE COMPETITION
Motorcycles will be split into 2 separate groups, performance bikes and cruisers. Cars will be split into 2 separate groups, modified and stock. There will be a panel of 3 judges for each class. There will be first and runner up winners announced in each class. First place contestants will then be submitted into a contest to pick the best of all engines. Cups or jars will be placed at your station where people can put in pennies for their choice. Each penny counts as one vote. People may put in more than one penny to vote. ENGINE COMPETITION PRIZES
Runner up and first from each division will receive a trophy; grand prize for the overall winner will be a cash prize. There will also be a people’s choice metal given in each division. CHILI COOK OFF
The chili cook off portion of the competition is as follows. Contestants will have all morning to get their chili ready, there will not be electric or stovetops provided. You may bring in pre
cooked ingredients. Contestants may also enter more than one batch, for each additional batch of chili entered there will be a $5 donation taken up. Contestants must have all equipment to be ready for the competition and ready for the taste testing at 2 pm. Call for entries begin at 12 pm. Please have spoons and bowls or cups available for the judges. Chili Cook-Off Prizes
Trophy’s awarded to 1st through 3rd place, plus bragging rights for the next year. Winner of this year’s chili contest will have the right to be tasted first or last (as is choice) the next year. AUTOMATIC LOSS
The automatic loss will be given and you will be removed from the premises if:
1. You are found to be taking money from someone’s people’s choice award jar.
2. You maliciously destroy someone else’s entry
3. Any argument is given to the judge or another contestant on the placing

Note: You do have the right to ask to see the score cards from your classes; all cards are kept by officials for future use. Any and all images taken may be used for future reference to promote the event. Not responsible for injuries or damage to personal property.
