Hey all. Thanks for all of the input on these new Maverick sport / Trail flares. The stage 2 flares are now live on our site. We will begin shipping as early as tomorrow. We still sell the smaller stage 1 flares for those with smaller tires that just need a little protection. We also sell all of our flares in a Combo with the heat block kit. Hey, Mav sport folks? We have gotten requests for a stage 2 similar to what we made for the Commander so I’m home in the shop today since a customer was kind enough to let me test fit the prototypes we have.
The rears are the same as we have offered for a few years with just a couple fitment tweaks.
They should provide pretty decent coverage at a modest price.
Our goal as a small business is to give a great product at the best price along with unrivaled customer service.
We are the only company that will sell you one piece if you need it.
I think these will be priced around $175 for a full set with free shipping.
We’re the same company that created the heat block kit.

Stage 3 Commander flares have been tested and are live on our site, we have a few sets ready to ship and I’ll get the 25 and newer sets ready to go soon.
I’m told by one of my testers that he couldn’t wreck them on an 800km test run. Thanks for the feedback Jimmy Scott.

I finally got a chance to give the stage 2 flares a shakedown and I’m very happy with them. I had way less splash on my windshield compared to the stage one.

I don’t get out to ride much but this week we are out. Another step in the heat mitigation quest I just took was removing these panels by the back window to allow the engine heat to escape. If you have a vented rear window, close it.
Since the heat can’t go between the floor and skid plate it gets trapped behind the firewall and needs a release.

We will be out of town next week for medical appointments. We have everything ready to ship and will take some of each with us to ship when we can.

It’s still hot as balls out here, get those heat block kits installed in this Commanders and Maverick sport/trail machines.
