Well, well, well...it turns out that BRABUS makes more than just gawdy body kits for the G-Wagon (just a joke folks...).
Take a look at this beautiful Brabus Bodo Cabriolet. Kind of looks like a mix of a modified Mercedes-AMG S-Class cabriolet and a Bentley Motors cabriolet.

The 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series was bid to $488,888...and DID meet reserve. Sold!!!
The 2022 Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport 25 was bid to $701,000...and did NOT meet reserve.
The RoW 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6 was bid to $475,000...and did NOT meet reserve.

Power production, more will be needed for EVs and data centers. I'm all for clean air, as long as we are building things that are efficient. But even if the US stopped using coal for any energy creation, it would only drop global use by just over 5%. While that would be a nice start, China is the one to watch.
It's going to be tough, if not impossible, to get China to stop their use. Will they be going green? Probably not in our lifetimes (speaking for Baby Boomers here).

Shopping for a used car, newer one or classic?
THIS is why buyers need to do a physical inspection before buying any vehicle. Either personally or by hiring a professional inspector. Even then, they may not catch the repairs.

Chances are that someone is going to buy this, fix it up, and resell it with a clean title. Next buyer will not know anything about this.
Recently posted for sale by a guy who owns a tow yard. Insurance company was not called by the previous owner so...no paper trail.

Are you a fan of the original Shelby Cobra? I know I am and love to follow the auctions on Bring a Trailer. They usually do a good job at spacing them out but for some reason, they have two, both blue & white, closing in one day.
Now, there's a lot of differences from the paint color similarities. One is from Superformance and the other is from a company named Hi-Tech that was founded in Arizona. Funny enough, the company that provides rollers to Superformance is also named Hi-Tech but is not related to the one in Arizona.
Hi-Tech Motorsports Arizona (AZ) was started by Tom Di Antonio and some of the parts he created for his Cobra could directly fit on the original Shelby Cobras.
The Hi-Tech Automotive in South Africa (SA), started by Jim Price, is still running strong today and makes replicas of the Shelby Cobra, the Daytona Coupe for Superformance, and, more recently, a wonderful tribute to the 1967 Ford Mustang GT500.

How reliable is your vehicle? Are you driving around with no issues or are you on a first name basis with your service advisor?

With all the new technology in modern vehicles, I don't think it's a big surprise that problems are rising (technology can be challenging for some and software bugs are unfortunately just a way of life).

To me, there are some big surprises on this most reliable chart. Lexus at number one is not surprising at all but seeing Buick at number two was not expected. I guess these are truly not your grandpa’s Buick. 😉

Seeing Land Rover near the bottom clearly reflects what I hear from the market but I was surprised to see Volvo and Volkswagen score worse than them.

So...EVs are having a little pullback here in the USA, at least partially due to the cancellation of of the federal tax rebate. But, surprisingly, it shouldn't be due to electricity costs.
The USA ranks 55th in the world for the expense of electricity. Yep, 55th...🇺🇸 USA = 0.186 USD/kWh.
Norway, which boasts that more than 97% of all new passenger car sales in the country are EVs, is even lower at 0.162.

Are you familiar with Mr. Tazio Giorgio Nuvolari? If not, do yourself a favor and read a bit about him (at least review the Wiki page on him). He was a very successful race car drive in the 1930s. Winning 150 races, 72 of them major racing events. Including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Mille Miglia, and the Targa Florio. In fact, he drove for a team run by some guy named Enzo Ferrari (in an Alfa Romeo by the way).
He also drove an Auto Union to victory for a company that would eventually become Audi.
Well, after you catch up on his history, take a look at the new Supercar that Audi just released in tribute.
The Audi Nuvolari, a 980+ horsepower supercar.
