Hello Springfield Township!

Beginning today, Wednesday, July 29, Ferreira Construction will begin work on the New Jersey Turnpike overpass on Burlington Jacksonville Road.

The first phase of the project will require the closure of westbound traffic on Burlington Jacksonville Road at Burrs Road. All westbound traffic will be detoured by turning left onto Burrs Road, right onto Oxmead Road, and then back onto Jacksonville Road in Burlington Township.

This traffic pattern is expected to remain in place for approximately one month. At that time, the traffic pattern will be reversed, allowing westbound traffic to resume its normal flow while eastbound traffic is detoured.

Springfield Recreation is currently seeking sponsors for our 2026- 2027 recreational programs (soccer, basketball, baseball & track).

The goal of Springfield Twp Recreation sports is to give children of all ages and skill levels an opportunity to enjoy sports in our community.

Being a Springfield Twp Recreational Sports Sponsor allows you to participate in your community as well as promote your business. Sponsorship funds are used for uniforms, equipment, clinics, referees, field maintenance, and other activities.
