Dunk your favorite East Troy local for a good cause with the East Troy Elementary PTO. All proceeds will be dedicated to the installation of shade sails at the Little Prairie playground.

Thanks to everyone that came out to First Fridays on the Square last night! Especially those that tried my new Freezie Pops, they were so good on our hot summer evening.

I have few dates available for parties and events left this year, DM me for more info. I’m also available for pop ups over the winter. Either my usual menu, or I’m happy to create something special!

Working on my newest creation for August, a watermelon-basil spritzer, named Pink Panther.
In case you’re wondering why I use so many herbs, it is because they balance the sweetness of the fruit, providing an extra layer of flavor.
You can try a tasting size Pink Panther tomorrow night(for just $1) at Music in the Park at Booth Lake Memorial Park.

Sorry folks, Lily is back in the shop for some finishing touches and we won’t be able to serve at First Friday this week. I’m hopeful we’ll be up and running for the market on the 15th.
The good news is that I’ve been working on a new drink, “Black Velvet”. A blackberry-thyme tea, it’s a little Old-Fashion-ish. And the best news is cheesecake! Strawberry, blueberry, or salted caramel, it’s so good!
