Two systems stack cars inside the same footprint. Choosing between them comes down to one question: who parks the car.

An attendant or valet makes a dependent car stacker the cheaper way to reach the same space count. A building where residents park themselves at midnight has nobody available to move the vehicle in front of theirs, and that is where puzzle parking earns its cost.

Each unit carries its own roof, gutters and leaders, collecting and draining rainwater off the stacker itself.

Eighty-eight cars in a basement built for forty-four.

Mini and BMW moved their service department into an existing multi-level building in San Francisco. The floor area was there, the ceiling height was not, and standard stackers would not fit under the structure.

ParkPlus built the DP003 units to the building instead: custom platform heights worked around the existing steel, sized to the cars being serviced. Same footprint, twice the vehicles on site, and the service capacity to match.

Parking lifts stack cars vertically in an attended setup. Puzzle parking systems lift and slide to fit up to seven vehicles per position. Fully automated systems store and retrieve without drivers, ramps or drive aisles. Custom work covers the sites that fit none of those.
