It starts with our people💯! Car Dealerships are known to have extreme turnover. Why?

-Long hours🤪
-toxic environments 🥵
-lack of career paths and guidance🥲
-No accountability 🤦‍♂️
-Internal departments working against each other 😝
-Bad Leadership ☹️
-overall lack of appreciation for employees 😒

The last thing I ever wanted to do was to work at a car dealership when I was young.

Growing up at a dealership (we literally lived at the dealership for 6 years from 1983-1989), I watched my Father work all day and pretty much all night in the beginning. It wasn’t an option for me either if I wasn’t in school or playing a sport as I had to pitch in however I could. It’s what we had to do.

It was a very difficult decision for me when I initially decided to work there. 24 years later it has become one of the best decisions I ever made and I absolutely love what I do and the people I do it with. There’s no better business than the Car business!!

We are on a mission to change the negative perspectives associated with Car Dealerships. We are doing this by first treating our employees like people, helping them with career paths and providing them with the proper training to be as successful as possible. We believe by creating an upbeat positive culture that it will lead to positive client experiences as well.

We’re on pace to sell 422 cars this month which far exceeds our goal. Help me push our team towards their potential!

NEVER underestimate the underdog. NEVER doubt the Man who believes he Can. We Are Car Guys/Gals! We Are stereotyped, judged, hated and feared without even knowing us!! We use it as Fuel for our 🔥 only to get Better!

This team right here in Dillsburg, Pa , population 2636, sold 280 cars last month in an Old Ass building stitched together daily with bad weather, a questionable economy, and also without any Excuses!!

We are Husbands, Fathers, Sons, Wives, Mothers and daughters providing for our families seeking opportunities to get ahead in life!

We are setting records despite every reason we shouldn’t because we Believe in ourselves and our team! Sit back, take a seat and grab your popcorn 🍿! The show is just beginning 💪💪‼️. We Are Bob Ruth Ford‼️
