Working of this Gem today
1994 YZF 750R,

She's gunna need a few things but DSM going to get her back right. Definitely gunna have to rebuild carbs, and get them back in synced, air filter, oil/filter, plugs, Tires, chain/sprockets,throttle cables, kill switch,gaskets,fix a few electrical connectors and replace some fasteners. All in all should be able to get her back right and ripping again.

Been busy last few weeks haven't posted.

99 Yamaha YZ80 got new exhaust and new carb rebuild/jet kit. This thing rips. Still needs a new petcock.


Parts coming in for a few other bikes so will be getting those done as well

Zx6 stunt bike finally went back to it home today after waiting on parts and fixing some leaks. Replaced the valve cover gasket, stator cover gasket,clutch cover gasket, new oil pan gasket with new bolts and drain plug, oil and filter. Added a adjustable timing chain tensioner to reduce some timing chain chatter(factory one was maxed out) Cleared up nice after some fine adjustments. Ready to rip.

2014 Ninja 300 got fresh oil change and some new tires put on today and ready to rip again as well Chain and sprocket in future.

Waiting on a tire to put on the 92 CB750

And see if we can't get the Ninja 500 fired up.

GSXR back riding. Still has a small sputter on hard acceleration but should be able to fix with fresh plugs and Little seat time.. hasnt been rode in a while. If not we will look further into it correct what's going on. Will see if clears up after some seat time.

**GSXR Update: no codes, fires right up and rides with no herky jerky. Still has a slight miss fire on hard acceleration. Thinking some new plugs and air it out should clear it up hasn't been rode in a while. Over all she's riding just a few tweaks and she be back 100%*

Got the GSXR all wrapped up. Just gotta wait for the gasket maker to set up. Flush/change the oil and go for a test ride and hopefully no more issues occur on the test ride.

The major issues were crank but no start,, rough idle,, stalling, when rode had "herky jerky" super bad and eventually C12 code poped up. After a few electrical test led to the TPS adjustment was faulty. replaced with new and after further inspection of the CKS (crank shaft position sensor) C12, replaced as well and she fired right up! So far No codes and smooth idle. Will update after test ride.

Zx6R got new chain, sprockets and tires
CBR 600RR got new rear rotor and pads. clutch cable, & throttle cables (still to be installed)
CBR 600RR got new rear rotor and pads, front pads and soon to be new plastics.

Waiting on some parts for couple other units to get those wrapped up.
