🔮 VOLKSWAGEN RENDEZVOUS — KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! 🔮

We’re expecting MORE cars than last year, so please read these important details to help make check-in smooth for everyone!

⏰ ARRIVAL TIMES: Please do not arrive before 9:00 AM if you’re showing a car, whether you’re competing for a trophy or participating in Show & Shine. Want to park with your group? Arrive together!

📍 KNOW YOUR GATES! Check the event map before heading out!

🛣️ Eastman Pl. is along the top of the map. 🛣️ S. Wadsworth Blvd. is on the right. 🦀 The Crawling Crab restaurant is a great landmark at the intersection.

➡️ From Wadsworth & Eastman:

Gate A (west side): Staff, spectators needing designated parking, and trailers.
Gate C (south side): Show cars and other designated arrivals.
Gate B: Please DO NOT use this gate.
Not sure which gate you need? No worries! If you arrive at the wrong gate, our crew will help direct you.

Bring your prepaid postcard/ticket and show it at Gate A or C.
Don’t have your postcard? Your name is on our list!
Have your confirmation email ready on your phone or bring a printed copy, just in case.

Please have the correct change ready. No $50s or $100s.

⚠️ CAPACITY WARNING There is a SLIM chance we’ll reach capacity this year. Late arrivals could be turned away, so please plan accordingly and arrive early enough to get checked in!

If you are showing a car for a trophy or are at the show for Show/Shine, please don’t show up before 9am. If you have a group and want to park together, come in together. To make your morning the best experience possible, it's important to know your Gates! Along the top of the map we have Eastman Pl. On the right we have S. Wadsworth. Crawling Crab restaurant is a good landmark for that intersection. From Wads / Eastman either go west to Gate A or south to Gate C. They serve different purposes as noted on the map but if you come in the ‘wrong’ one it’s not a problem. We will help you either way. Just don’t go to B Gate. If you are spectating or are staff working the show and you need staff parking, come in the A gate and tell the gate workers 'Staff' or 'Spectator'. They'll put you on the west side. Trailers go on the west side too. If you have prepaid online, you should have a post card that acts as a ticket to get in. Show the workers at A or C those cards. If you don’t have a card, we have your name on a list. You may be asked to show your confirmation email so have that email handy before you leave the house. A hard copy or an email displayed on your smart phone will work. If you are paying cash the day of the show, Show n’ Shine is $20 If you are competing for a trophy, it’s $40. Cash only and no 100’s or 50’s. Please have the correct change ready. We expect more cars than last year. Heads up: there is a SLIM chance that the show will reach capacity and we will be turning late comers away
