We managed to get some components fit that needed to be installed before the fabric can go on.
The bulkheads and stringers where stripped, painted and installed.

Along with the fabric on the fuselage and vertical fin installed.

Time to install about 150 nut plates along with some stringers so the fabric can go on.

After having to put the project on hold to tend to some customers projects. We are ba k on the Super Fli. We managed to get the turtle deck fabricated and riveted together along with the canopy skirt fabricated. The skirt needs a little but more fitting to the canopy. Hopefully we can get the Fuselage and steel parts off to get sandblasted later this week.

Was able to get the canopy jettison lever and canopy latches done over the weekend.

Over the weekend we managed to get the new front and mid turtle deck bulkheads formed out of aluminum. Also fabricated the canopy sil, hinges and tacked up a canopy frame.

Just couldn't help not throwing the bubble on the check for initial fitment.

Hopefully this week we can finish the canopy frame along with the latches.

Fired up the CNC router tonight and cut out new form blocks for the front bulkhead of the turtle deck along with the front and rear bows of the canopy frame.

Today the stick was modified back to original and a new elevator push rod fabricated.
