We've intentionally kept our Towing Business small, family owned and operated (Mark, myself and our kids), allowing us to maintain a personal touch and respond to every customer with empathy and urgency. We believe in treating others the way we'd like to be treated, with respect, kindness and compassion. We put ourselves in our customers' shoes, whether it's a mom stranded with a baby, a new teen driver or a senior citizen having a tough day. We understand the panic, anger and confusion that often comes with calling a tow truck, and we respond with the utmost care and urgency. Every customer is treated with dignity and every call is handled with the urgency it deserves. Receiving this recognition in the mail today is a wonderful reminder that our values and morals are appreciated and recognized.
