Traveling from Florida to Texas today our coach started sputtering like it wasn't getting fuel. It was worse on an incline. We had plenty of diesel. I checked what type of fuel filter the rig had, found the closest auto parts store, replaced the filter and was back rolling smoothly down the road. Thankfully, sometimes it's just a simple solution. Even mobile RV repair techs can have problems on the road, especially with a 22 year old motorhome! A new light came on our dash warning us not to shift gears. After some troubleshooting, we determined that we had low voltage on our chassis batteries. Could be an alternator issue... more to come!
