Ruthie's was selected as one of only three food trucks chosen to be at the FIFA World Cup (FWC26Dallas) this July, and we could not be more honored. We'll be serving up grilled cheeses at Dallas Stadium on July 3, July 6, and July 14, sharing what we do with fans from all over the globe.

We'll have our food trucks out on July 3, July 6, and July 14 at two locations, serving up the best grilled cheese in Texas to fans from all over the world.

We are a nonprofit Cafe and food truck in Dallas creating real jobs and job training for people rebuilding their lives, and funding it all through gourmet grilled cheese.
