Autos4u is an independent credit resource company and private auto dealer based out of Dallas, Texas. We have been doing business as Autos4u since at least 2005 but became actually incorporated in 2011 when we opened an auto repair division but continued to operate in the auto sales/lease industry. In the past about 85% of our business traffic has been repeat and referral clients. This means that
these people like, believe and trust us enough to come back to us as well as refer their friends and family to us over and over again. We have conducted car business and have many satisfied clients all over the country and continue to do so today. Unlike most other traditional dealerships we are not limited to any particular make or model of vehicles. We can sell anything from a Smart car to a Bentley and everything in between...new or used. We do not have a limited inventory as we are partners with a large conglomerate of dealers and auctions, both public and private, countrywide. We have elected not to have a lot with vehicles positioned for public viewing as this entails extra costs like maintenance, more insurance, monthly costs of ownership/leasing and other overhead that would have to be passed on to you the client. Instead we utilize a model set by other successful companies like amazon and ebay. As a matter of fact, there are cars sold on ebay all the time. Making purchases online or over the internet is rapidly becoming the preferred way of shopping largely contributing to stores closing a lot of their physical stores. One of the ways we differ from most traditional dealers is our process. We have found this process to be very smooth and successful for all parties involved. There are a few others that intelligently and effectively utilize this same process. We have also found that taking a consultative approach is much more successful and pleasing for all involved. We know that when most people begin car shopping, they feel that they already know what type of vehicle, color, equipment, etc they want. The industry standard, however, dictates that 86% of these same people change their minds about those same things before finalizing their car deal. For this reason, we choose to ask pertinent and relative questions that help guide you into your purchase decision. We then take this data and make recommendations tailored to you and your needs and desires. At this stage, we begin the qualification process to ensure we keep progressing in the right direction. We work with approximately 22 lenders so there is a lender for everyone. Once we have accomplished these critical steps, we begin presenting you with choices based on all of your data/input. These are mainly pictures initially until we get it narrowed down. Finally, we present you with the vehicle(s) you chose. This is where you will make your final selection and finalize your deal. I want to point out that at no point would you be required to finalize a deal you are not pleased and satisfied with. In most cases, we deliver the vehicle to your front door or job, etc. For those that are out of town, we have the vehicle delivered to your home or location of choice. Some do actually travel here to Dallas to take delivery of their vehicle.
