When people ask why it is difficult to run a small business, add to the list that Comcast Business is the sole provider of wired internet for most of Crawfordville.

My business internet is down as of Tuesday at 6am and the earliest technician available is Thursday.

If Comcast Media has access to public utilities (on public poles, etc), shouldn’t they be more responsive!
