Customer demanded a refund stating, "I specifically asked for NO cheese since I am highly lactose intolerant". I denied their request as they had eaten nearly the ENTIRE burger except for one tiny bite and they ate all but one fry. They stormed off yelling that they would never eat here again. Fine by me.
A week later they left a 1 star review on yelp claiming we purposely caused them to have diarrhea and on top of that that we flat out refused to offer a refund when they tried to return the burger. No mention of them eating damn near the whole burger and all but one fry. Nor any mention how they could have possibly "Missed" the cheese on the CHEESEBURGER they ordered.
Don't believe all the reviews you see online. People who gripe and complain for free food will mislead others online as part of their temper tantrums from not getting things their way. If I gave them a refund all I would have been doing is aiding in their theft of my workplace. You cannot finish a meal and expect a refund. What world are we living in where the customer thinks that they are right NO matter what. News flash, THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT AND WE HAVE TO STOP PRETENDING LIKE THEY ARE!
