⭐ Employee Spotlight: Jodi Luther ⭐

This month, we're shining the spotlight on someone who would probably rather not be in it — Jodi Luther!

Jodi has been a valued member of the Advantage Fleet family for 16 years, serving in Human Resources and wearing more hats than most people realize. From payroll and benefits to onboarding, insurance, and supporting multiple sister companies, Jodi plays a role in the employment journey of nearly every person who joins our team.

If you've worked here, chances are you've met Jodi. And if you've had a birthday while working here, chances are you've received a card from her, too.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, Ron, their two adult children, and four grandchildren. She's an avid bowler who competes in a league and never passes up an opportunity for good Mexican food and family time.

Known for her loyalty, dedication, and genuine care for others, Jodi helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes every day. She enjoys working with her coworkers and being part of the team that makes Advantage Fleet what it is.
