⭐ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: DANIEL WILSON ⭐

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Daniel Wilson, Parts Coordinator for QuickServe, a department of Advantage Fleet!

Daniel joined the Advantage Fleet team in May 2025 and has quickly become an important part of keeping things moving. He works closely with vendors, supports our technicians, and helps other departments get the parts and resources they need to get the job done.

Outside of work, Daniel is married to Darci and is a proud dad to Weston, 5, and Hudson, just over 3 weeks old! 👶 He enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching Weston practice Jiu-Jitsu. His favorite food is a good burger, and you can usually count on him for a Biggby coffee! ☕🍔

Daniel says his favorite part of the job is the relationships he’s built with vendors, being there for the technicians, and helping wherever he can across Advantage Fleet. He loves his job—and especially the people he gets to work with.

His manager and coworkers describe Daniel as hard-working, dependable, resourceful, and always positive. He’s a great motivator and the person you can count on when a problem needs solving.
