This month, we're shining the spotlight on Troy Holliday, Polisher at Shiners Truck Wash & Detailing, a department of Advantage Fleet!

Troy has been part of the Advantage Fleet team for 4 years and brings an impressive 17 years of polishing experience to the job. He takes pride in completing each project and always enjoys seeing the finished result. His dedication to his craft is easy to see in the quality of his work!

🚨 TRAINING TODAY. SAFER RECOVERIES TOMORROW. 🚨

Last weekend, the Advantage Fleet Towing & Recovery team headed to Lansing, MI, for Heavy Duty Winch & Rigging Training, hosted by ERSCA (Emergency Road Service Coalition of America).

Our team gained valuable hands-on experience from industry expert instructors, working through real-world recovery applications and strengthening the knowledge and skills needed for complex heavy-duty recoveries.

Training covered:
🔹 Recovery scene safety & operator responsibilities
🔹 Equipment knowledge & inspections
🔹 Chain and wire rope specifications
🔹 Working load limits
🔹 Straps, slings & rigging components
🔹 Proper rigging techniques
🔹 Recovery planning
🔹 Calculating resistance & recovery forces
🔹 Heavy-duty recovery applications

🚑 Another project coming together at Advantage Fleet! 💪

We’re currently working on a custom rebuild for Charlevoix EMS, and things are moving along!

There are multiple stages that go into building and rebuilding custom vehicles. Right now, our team in Fleet Body Works, is making progress with sanding, priming, and painting as we get ready for the next phase. 🔧

We’ll be following this project from start to finish, so stay tuned for more updates along the way! 👀
