Some decal installs we completed today for one of our good customers. Also found some issues with a customer's coupler during an FHWA inspection and was able to get the unit out of service and provided an estimate for replacement with oem parts or a custom fabricated replacement we provide both so your not at the mercy of parts delays or shortages. Here is a job we recently wrapped up for one of our good customers. The customer had taken this unit to multiple shops with a complaint of the rear axle locking up and after paying multiple repair bills still had the same issue. After thoroughly looking the unit over and diagnosing it, we were able to get him fixed up the right way and going down the road again safely. The chamber mount brackets were rusted through and very thin and needed replaced, new chambers were installed due to improper mounting and length for the brake stroke, new s cams and bushings, slack adjusters, brakes, wheel seals, hub bearings and races. The hubs had no lock ring installed when we tore it apart leading to premature failure of multiple componets. We take great pride in completing a safe quality repair for our customers. Finished up a job for one of our good customers this week. Customer called to have some repairs another company started, and did incorrectly fixed the right way.
