Founded by Carlyle Baker, in Piqua, Ohio in 1939, Certified remains one of Ohio’s leading operators of convenience stores and retail fueling facilities. Certified operates or supplies over 140 locations in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. We maintain our own proprietary “Certified” fuel brand as well as branding and distributing fuels for Marathon.
