The Herd is expanding faster than ever, and we need help wrangling 'em up! That's right, the growth of our company this past season has been nothing short of amazing and we're excited to announce we are ready to add another member to the Bison team!

We are seeking a motivated, creative individual with a background in graphic design to fill an immediate part-time opening as a Gear Customization Specialist (20-30 hrs/week). This person will be working directly with customers, fellow team members and factory personnel and as such must possess excellent communication skills. This position represents a critical role in the order and production process; therefore the candidate must be motivated to complete their day-to-day tasks in a timely manner.

🇬🇧 The Soft 12 ”compound is the most used one because it is the right combination of grip and durability. It is the compound that best adapts to the differences in asphalt temperatures, it is good in both cold and hot weather and for different driving styles.

The pressure range we recommend for this compound is:
Front 1.5-1.6 bar (hot pressure)
Rear 1.6-1.8 bar (hot pressure)

The pressures are indicative and may vary according to the rider's weight and driving style 😉
