We had the honor of hosting a Firefighter Appreciation Day, and what an incredible turnout! We welcomed approximately 40 firefighters throughout the day and shared meals with even more heroes. In addition to those who joined us in person, we sent 15 plates to the firehouse and delivered another 15 plates to the Maury County Jail/Corrections to show our appreciation for our dedicated police officers as well. Thank you for helping us recognize and celebrate the everyday heroes who serve and protect our community!

Sebring Square is a brand new development of UMH Properties located in Sebring, Florida. Mark and Julie, who are the team that started for UMH before the community was built, received a very prestigious award. They were recently nominated for the BEST OF THE BEST AWARD in Highlands county. There was a total of 96 communities that were nominated. Sebring Square won first place for the best manufactured home community in the county.
