Did you get the answer right? This switch is a battery disconnect. Battery disconnect switches can look different on different RVs but they generally work the same.

According to Google:
"A camper's battery disconnect switch acts as a master shut-off, instantly cutting power between the battery and the camper's 12-volt electrical system."

Not all RVs have a battery disconnect switch but more often than not now a days they do.
