Sold the BMW today. What a crazy journey that one was, but it turned out to be good. I’m definitely sadder than I thought I’d be to see her drive away.

But that’s life isn’t it? Cars like people are almost only around for a season, and then they’re gone. It’s more important to focus on the journey and the lessons than the results or the outcome. We had fun. Hopefully this new owner has a good time too.

I called my shot again! Called the exact number on the dyno. Called this first pass of the day to the tenth. It’s okay to be impressed by my luck.

Had a great time as always at Pikes Peak Intl Raceway and I’m sad this is the last season. Really good time out there with good folks.

The AWD 1989 Dodge C**t project is back on. I bought this car back in Jan 2022 already converted to AWD but needing a LOT of love. I’ll do a synopsis video soon, but for now - TLDR: almost 5 years, three moves, two shops, and we’re on our second engine refresh now. I grew up with DSMs. The first car I ever built was a 1990 AWD EAGLE Talon. These cars have always had a special place in my heart, and I really want to see this one get going even though I’ll probably sell it when it’s all done to fund the Jeep and the Durango and the upcoming project car.

Let’s see where the journey takes us this time.

Replace your trash factory MOPAR lug nuts on your Hellcat before it becomes a problem like it did for me!

I’ve been needing new tires for weeks, but I was struggling to get the factory lug nuts off. The outside cover on the lug nuts had gotten loose and was just spinning over the actual lug nut. I reached out to our friends over at TITANIUM WORKS LLC for a new set, and I couldn’t be happier. Never going back. In fact, now I need a set for the d4dw4gon Trackhawk.

The secret to getting the busted ones off was a mini sledge and a 12 point 7/8 socket and patience.

Brad and I got to partner up with Green Beret Racing for one of their Battle of the Branches events here in Colorado Springs.

What an incredible time. Brad and I drove for the Army team with Aaron from Messer Window Tinting and took home 1st place overall!!! Well, Aaron really did all the work. Brad and I just barely didn’t suck too much to drag his times down.
