Looking for Maintenance Technicians for Property Mangement (Multiple spots available)

Are you a go-getter who likes to work for honest and reputable companies and people? If so, this may be the job for you.
We are looking to hire up to 2-3 contractors to help us efficiently maintain our Maintenance and Home Remodel part of our business. Tasks will vary from full on Home Remodels, Roof Repairs, Electrical Repairs, Plumbing, Door and Windows, etc.
What we would like to see:
- Related Experience (History of rehab, remodel, home repair)
- Reliable Vehicle
- Have all your own tools for day to day repairs (larger equipment such as jack hammers, floor sanders, we can provide if needed)
- Prompt, On-Time, and friendly with all people.
- Smart Phone needed for: pictures, work orders, and emails.
- Willing to run a Full Background Check
