If you are shopping around for a uniform company, we can not NOT recommend Vestis (formally Aramark) enough!! VESTIS does NOT care. If you have experience good or bad add below. I'm curious. Here's a quick summary of our experience. We have been customers for 30 or 40 years or more. For many many years now the service has declined to the point where we were lucky to get a single set of uniforms for our employees. Some have stopped turning in their uniforms at all. We pay for the service either way. We would place a ticket for missing uniforms, they would ignore it. NO response. No Uniforms. Some uniforms would eventually come back totally destroyed. We went up the chain of command. Eventually a rep came out to take inventory and replace missing uniforms. Promised to credit our account for the over charges. Nope. They over charge on a regular basis. Credit rarely happen if ever. We warned them that we would drop them if not corrected. You would think they would care about a long term customer that has always paid their statements on time and in full regardless of their lack of providing the service listed on the statement. VESTIS did NOT care. So we sent certified letter letting them know we are dropping them. Gave them the 30 days they ask for. What do they do? Refuse to deliver anything. No uniforms. No shop supplies or rugs. They send their driver to let us know they "lost everything". That's how clear thet communicate their unprofessional and inadequate service. Then, no surprise to us, they send an invoice for the weekly service with even more extra charges. So let me ask you this. If you bring your car in for service and we give you the car back without fixing anything then charge you for the service we did not provide, is that not fraud? Vestis is a SCAM! If you have the same experience please put in a complaint with the Attorney General of Ohio.
