This video is from March of last year at Paradise Dragstrip for the King Of The HILL No Prep at Paradise. I was driving the truck and my good friend PeeWee is in the left lane in the green chevy2 which is now my blue chevy2. We managed to get to the finals together that day but when getting ready to do my burnout, my brake pedal went to the floor. Thankfully it happened there and not after the pass and potentially causing us to wad up two cars. Hopefully I can park the car on the dance floor again this Saturday!

This Saturday, 10/24, we'll be at Paradise Dragstrip for the King Of The HILL No Prep at Paradise to do a little no prep racing. Last time there we were able to make it to the finals but had an issue in the water box and wasn't able to finish. Come hang out and watch some great racing.

Well, not the outcome we were hoping for. First time at a track you never have real high expectations but I was hoping for a little better than what we had. First round of qualifying we went right down the right lane, no issues and felt really good with the time slip. Second round of qualifying I wanted to try the left lane and looking back, I wish I had looked at the lanes prior. We didn't realize there were tons of chunks of concrete torn out of that lane. As soon as the car left the line it's immediately pi**ed off and just never recovered. I did see several others go down that lane just fine so maybe it was just a coincidence, I dont know. But nonetheless, I've wadded the truck up staying in it when I should have lifted so I'm not making that mistake again. Overall though we had a great day with everyone and with Tennessee beating Alabama while we were in Alabama made it that much better!

I was able to take some time this afternoon to get both cars serviced. We were planning to race local this weekend but with the rain this past weekend some schedules have changed. I think we're going to head down to Sand Mountain Dragway and see if we can go some rounds.

Run for the money round last weekend. After this pass we noticed an issue with the rear axle bearing and had the rain not came we would have likely been done for the day with the jr anyways. We'll get it torn down and back together before the next one.

Carson Crittenden went through his first start up procedure today. This boy is ready to get in this thing but we still have a few months. We're not rushing him out of the junior, but the way he keeps growing, he doesn't have long left in it.
