This is not easy, but it is temporary. We will not be taking new appointments for at least 3 weeks. The shop is absolutely jam packed and I’m unfortunately still behind from the rough summer. Current cars at the shop and bigger projects are being completed, I’m just behind and trying my best to catch up. Customers that have upcoming appointments will still be able to bring their cars in, just nothing new as of now.

I also ask to please allow a week for voicemails and messages to be returned. I know that’s a long wait, but they all will be returned.

Bigger projects and things outside of work are just taking longer than planned, there’s no way around it right now.

Again, this is a temporary hold on appointments. I will schedule appointments for September and on, just no more currently.

I do appreciate all the support and I truly appreciate all the cards and messages I’ve got, thank you.

We are closed this week, we will be open again August 4th. Thank you for understanding and as always Google has accurate business hours.

Please do not have cars towed and dropped off at the shop without prior arrangements made, not only during closures but also during normal business hours.

I am back in the shop and I will be returning what seems like 100 messages/voicemails as best and as quickly as I can. Hours may still fluctuate a little in the upcoming weeks.

Unfortunately we lost my dad this morning. I will be working through things as best I can and will be getting back to the shop as soon as possible. Thank you for being understanding through these past couple weeks and while our family gets through this extremely difficult time now. I do not have an exact date I will be back open, but it will be as soon as I can make it the priority again. Thank you

As my customers and most followers know, Subie Solutions is a one person operation. I do my best to answer the phone, return messages and emails, schedule appointments and make sure jobs get completed on time. I’m usually very good at meeting deadlines and starting on track. Sometimes one job not going as planned can create a domino effect and things get a little behind.

Sometimes life can cause these issues as well, this is one of those times. My father has had severe heart failure for years, the past two years and especially the past 6 months have been extremely difficult to balance. We are currently in a very bad place with it and trying to work through it and we’re hoping for the best. Because of how bad things have gotten so quickly, I will not be taking new appointments for the rest of June. Already scheduled work and cars at the shop will still be completed, but please understand that there may be delays. Voicemails, messages and emails will also be delayed. I’m going to do my absolute best to handle this as best I can and continue to make my customers happy. Business hours may be sporadic during June, but I will be doing my best

I understand this is not ideal for customers, but this is a time I need to focus on family in this difficult time. I hope to pick right back up when this is all figured out, I’m confident customers and followers will understand.

Business hours will also be changing in the near future as I try to balance the shop and family.

This has been the busiest first half of a year since I started this shop 6+ years ago. Thank you to all my customers, I look forward to the future and continuing doing what I truly enjoy.

MUCH needed shop update coming soon.

As of right now, the quick update is the shop is currently 100% booked until the week of April 27th. That’s the next 3 weeks. Working on voicemails and messages from the past few days, still a couple dozen to get to. As always, if you call please leave a voicemail and you will get a call back. It may take a few days currently, but you will absolutely get a call back! Appreciate the steady work from everyone!

After welcoming our healthy and happy daughter on 11/24, we’re open again! I appreciate everyone’s understanding of the time off to spend with family and welcoming our daughter home.

I will be returning as many messages/emails/ voicemails today on the order they were received, I will get to everyone by the end of this work week.

This week is 100% booked, next week has a couple pants left. Then of course Christmas break coming up, January is booking!

I would also like to apologize to anyone who wasn’t able to leave a voicemail, the person who decided to leave 10 voicemails seems to have filled it up. For future reference one voicemail is all that’s needed, if it’s not returned it’s usually because we’re closed. And like every other post, I’ll remind everyone Google shows current hours with days we’re closed!
