We’re sorry if we haven’t gotten back to anyone this week! Our shop is closed for the week, and our main tech is currently on vacation until September 4th.

🚨 **SHOP POLICY UPDATE — CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED AMAZON PARTS 🚨**

Moving forward, we will **NOT be accepting or installing parts purchased from Amazon unless they have been verified and approved by our main technician BEFORE the vehicle is brought to the shop.**

We understand everyone wants to save money where they can, but **a cheap part can quickly turn into an expensive repair.** We are not going to be held responsible when an inexpensive or incorrect part fails days, weeks, or a couple of months down the road.

We stand behind the work we do, and we want to make sure the parts being installed are quality, correct, and appropriate for the vehicle.

✅ We strongly recommend purchasing parts through a reputable local auto parts store.
✅ If you choose to purchase your own parts through Amazon, **send them to us for approval BEFORE bringing the vehicle in.**
❌ Parts that have not been approved beforehand may not be accepted for installation.

This policy helps protect **you, your vehicle, and our shop.** We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation moving forward! 🔧

We're making a few improvements to make it easier to get in touch with us and book your appointments!

Going forward, we'd prefer that everyone messages us directly here on the Loaded Garage page instead of contacting our CEO's personal page. Keeping everything in one place helps us stay organized and respond to everyone more efficiently.

If your message is urgent or you think it may have been missed, you're always welcome to call or text our business number for a quicker response.

We're also working on adding a new contact form and making other updates to the page to make scheduling even easier. In the meantime, if you're using our current contact form, please include your vehicle's year, make, model, and a brief description of the issue at the bottom of your message. This helps us better prepare before we reach out to you.

We've been busy behind the scenes handling repairs, body work, detailing, tint, and keeping our customers on the road. We may have stopped posting for a bit, but we never stopped working!
