Job Duties: Monitor the flow of traffic around road construction sites. The flagger responsibility include informing motorists of possible detour routes, reporting disobedient drivers to law enforcement officials, and answering motorists' questions. A flagger should be able to direct emergency vehicles safely through construction zones as required. Flaggers should have excellent communication skills, observation skills and work well as a team player.
• must valid license
• must be drug free
• must not use public transportation
• ability to drive a box truck
• ability to lift at least 50lbs
This position requires standing for long periods of time and paying attention to oncoming traffic, heavy lifting in all weather, and being punctual.
paid certifications, bonus payments, ability to grow and get higher hourly pay
schedule is negotiable...there are some weekends you may be asked to work
