I don’t know who needs to hear this… 👀

If your garage is going to be a functional, everyday space, I personally prefer a flake floor over a metallic coating.

That does NOT mean metallic floors are bad. They can be absolutely beautiful, and there are garages where they make perfect sense.

But when we’re talking about a garage that’s actually being USED: parking cars, walking in and out, working on projects, kids running through, dealing with water, dirt, and everyday wear…I’m choosing the flake system.

Why?

✔️ Easier to maintain

Cracks happen, it’s concrete!

We see this all the time and yes we can work with it. Part of our process is prepping the floor the right way before anything goes down. We diamond grind the surface, fill and repair cracks, vacuum everything clean with HEPA filters, and then apply the coating the right way so it actually lasts.
