Customer states recent brake replacement from a local shop I will not mention. Customer states vehicle has bad vibration in front end after driving on the highway and it gets worse when using the brakes. Found uneven brake pad wear in front brakes, Found large scale build up of rust behind rotors, using a micrometer and taking measurements of thickness of different points on hub we have found the root cause of the customer concern. .5 mm difference between one wheel stud due to rust build up and previous shop not cleaning surface area before installation of new rotors. Also found uncleaned retaining clips that were greased too. Slide pins had some grease on them but certainly old and not serviced during recent brake replacement. We see this day after day repair after repair of poor quality workmanship and lack of training in techs. Customer paid for 2 brake jobs in 2 months and should have only needed one. Choose your shop wisely.

No a/c no problem, UV dye and our state of the art Matco A/C machine went to work and we got right down to the root cause of the customer complaint of having a sauna in the cab of his truck. 34 degrees of refreshing air after repairs, close enough to consider leaving your lunch box home for Friday afternoon road sodas.

Just another happy customer, with another Powerstroke fixed! Anyone in the kingsmountain area stop by and grab some lunch from their food truck. Their food is amazing, and I highly recommend trying the nachos and cheese too.

Refer unit was shutting down and this truck was loaded with high quality high dollar meat. 1 inch thick of Snow, Sleet, & Freezing Rain standing on the platform above the roof of the cab just to gain access and diagnosis. Driver drove through the entire storm causing a huge amount of ice to build up on the condenser and the unit was freezing up and not able to cool down the refrigerant causing the system to shut down. Thawed out his condenser and fired unit up and no more error message and unit continues to run. Quick and easy fix and a very happy customer who is 55 mins away from unloading his truck. I will be available to provide emergency services during and after the storm for utility line and power crews, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, emergency medical services, towing companies, state, county, and municipal vehicles, medical professionals, HVAC technicians, and propane and gas suppliers, including emergency small engine repairs for generators and equipment utilized in storm relief efforts, as well as mobile welding services for emergency equipment repairs.
