Beautiful 1969 Continental Mark III

The 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark III helped redefine the American personal luxury car. Under the direction of Ford executive Lee Iacocca, the Mark III introduced its iconic stand-up grille, long hood, hidden headlights, and signature Continental spare tire trunk design that would become a Lincoln trademark for years to come.

Finished in a beautiful light blue with a black vinyl roof that still looks nearly new, the excellent paint presents extremely well, while the chrome and stainless trim are in above-average condition.

The original dark blue button-tufted leather interior is remarkably well preserved with only minimal wear.

Ford "mistakenly" thought AI could fix their quality issues. Now, they're admitting they were wrong.

The automaker says it's bringing experienced engineers back into the fold after learning that artificial intelligence couldn't replace decades of hands-on expertise in vehicle development.

Company executive Charles P**n said Ford underestimated the value of veteran engineers and is now using their knowledge to train its AI tools.

The strategy helped Ford climb to the top of J.D. Power's 2026 Initial Quality Study for the first time in 16 years.
